Consent Form
You agree that the personal information that you provide when you register as a client on the Consent Form is true, accurate, current and complete in all respects and in particular you agree not to impersonate any other person or entity or to use a false name or a name that you are not authorised to use.
You agree to notify us immediately of any changes to your personal information by contacting us.
Privacy
We respect your Privacy. We therefore encourage you to refer to the Privacy Policy on our website on an ongoing basis to stay abreast of our most current Privacy Policy practices.
Appointment booking, cancellation, amendment and refund
Your booking is only secure once we have received the payment. You will be sent an invoice with our bank details to make an online transfer. Upon receipt of the payment, you will receive an email with your booking confirmation.
We have a cancellation fee policy that requires 24 hours notice or the full fee will apply.
Instances when we may not be able to fulfil our obligation to your appointment
Where we are prevented from or delayed in carrying out obligations under these terms and conditions due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control including, without limitation, illness, acts of God, governmental actions, war or national emergency, riot, civil commotion, fire, explosion, flood, inclement weather, epidemic, lock-outs, strikes or other labour disputes, or restraints or delays affecting carriers or an inability or delay in obtaining supplies of adequate or suitable materials - then our obligations shall be postponed for the period of time that the circumstances continue.
Law
The Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and you irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
